Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different practitioner, each sharing their approach to cultivating peace and presence.
This Monday, join Dani for Yin Yoga — a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body while creating space for inner stillness and reflection.
Yin Yoga invites you to hold passive poses for several minutes, allowing gravity to do the work. This stillness encourages deep release in the fascia, joints, and ligaments while gently calming the nervous system. It’s a beautiful practice to unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body and breath.
This grounding class is suitable for all levels and all bodies, and is designed to:
Release tension stored deep in the body
Soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind
Improve flexibility and joint mobility
Cultivate presence, patience, and self-compassion
Come just as you are and let this deeply nourishing practice guide you into the week with ease and steadiness. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Spots are limited, so reserve yours today!
