This Monday, join Dani for Yin Yoga — a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body while creating space for inner stillness and reflection.
Yin Yoga invites you to hold passive poses for several minutes, allowing gravity to do the work. This stillness encourages deep release in the fascia, joints, and ligaments while gently calming the nervous system. It’s a beautiful practice to unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body and breath.
