Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different practitioner, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.
This Monday, join Sarah for Chair Yoga — a gentle and supportive practice that makes yoga accessible to every body. Using the stability of a chair, we’ll explore stretches, mindful movements, and breathwork to increase flexibility, improve circulation, and calm the mind.
Chair Yoga is especially helpful for those who spend long hours sitting, are new to yoga, or want a safe and adaptable way to move with ease. With Sarah’s guidance, you’ll discover how small, intentional movements can have a big impact on your sense of comfort and well-being.
This practice is appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners and is designed to:
