Mindful Monday: Qigong with Michelle
Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different practitioner, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.
This Monday, join Michelle for Qigong — an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and focused awareness to balance energy, calm the mind, and restore vitality. Sometimes called “meditation in motion,” Qigong supports both physical and emotional well-being by helping us connect more deeply with the flow of life energy, or qi.
In this class, we’ll explore simple, flowing movements and breathing practices that can be adapted to any level of ability. With Michelle’s guidance, you’ll learn how to release tension, improve energy flow, and cultivate a sense of grounded calm to carry into your week.
This practice is appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners and is designed to:
