Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different practitioner, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.
This Monday, join Shelley for Yoga Nidra and Polyvagal Yoga — a restorative practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.
Polyvagal Yoga uses gentle movement, breath, and awareness practices to support nervous system regulation, helping the body shift from stress into a state of safety and ease. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that brings the body into deep relaxation while the mind stays lightly aware, creating space for healing, renewal, and inner stillness.
Together, these practices can:
Soothe the nervous system and release stored tension
Ease the body and quiet the mind
Cultivate resilience and a sense of safety
Lay a foundation of calm presence to carry into your week
You’re welcome to bring a cushion, blanket, or mat to support your comfort. Chairs will also be provided. Come as you are and allow this practice to guide you into the week with warmth and renewal. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Spots are limited, so secure yours today!
