Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different practitioner, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.
This Monday, join us for Lovingkindness Meditation — a timeless practice used for over two thousand years to open the heart and cultivate compassion for ourselves and others.
In this class, we’ll gently explore the foundations of Lovingkindness by breaking the practice into approachable pieces, with guidance on how to adapt it in ways that feel most supportive for you. Through simple, heartfelt phrases and mindful awareness, we’ll learn how to soften judgment, invite ease, and nurture a sense of connection.
This meditation practice is appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners and is designed to:
Foster compassion and self-acceptance
Ease tension in the heart and mind
Strengthen a sense of connection with others
Create a foundation of peace and kindness to carry into your week
You’re welcome to bring a cushion or blanket to sit on, and chairs will also be provided. Come as you are and allow this practice to guide you into the week with warmth and openness. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Spots are limited, so secure yours today!
