Each Monday, we gather as a community to welcome the week with mindfulness and intention. Every session features a unique offering led by a different instructor, each sharing their own approach to cultivating peace and presence.
This Monday, experience a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice with Dani.
Yin Yoga is a meditative, grounding style of yoga that focuses on long, passive holds to gently stretch the deep connective tissues of the body. Through stillness, breath awareness, and intentional poses, Dani will guide you inward to support release, reflection, and renewal.
This nurturing practice is designed to:
Calm the nervous system and reduce stress
Improve flexibility and joint mobility
Cultivate emotional balance and inner awareness
